An intelligence patrol raided a house in Budai, Baalbek, and seized drugs, precursor chemicals and manufacturing equipment from two vehicles.
An intelligence patrol from the Lebanese Army's Directorate of Military Intelligence conducted a raid in the town of Budai, Baalbek, following a series of surveillance and security monitoring operations. The operation targeted the house of a man wanted on drug trafficking charges.
The patrol seized two vehicles, a pickup truck and a van, parked near the house. Inside the vehicles they found a large quantity of drugs along with raw materials and equipment used in their manufacture.
The seized materials have been handed over to the appropriate authorities. The investigation continues to apprehend those involved in the operation.
