The southern border region experienced new escalation with Israeli airstrikes, large explosions and artillery fire reported across multiple areas.
Southern Lebanon registered fresh military escalation on Monday. An Israeli airstrike targeted the area between the villages of Sarbin and Haress in the south.
Two large explosions were heard in Taloose, with their sound reaching wide areas of the south. A significant explosion was also reported in Mieh al-Jabel.
Israeli artillery concentrated fire on Harch Ali al-Tahir at the edges of Nabatieh al-Fawqa.
